NEWS CONFERENCE
AND
‘JESUS CHRIST is LORD of the GATES’
PRO-LIFE RALLY
Tuesday, January 17, 2006
11:45 AM
First Floor, SC State House

Columbia Christians for Life is having a pro-life rally and news conference on January 17, 2006. January 22nd is the 33rd anniversary of the unconstitutional Roe vs. Wade decision that has resulted in the murder of over 45 million (www.ldi.org) pre-birth human beings (by surgical abortion alone) since 1973) at 11:45 AM inside our State House, on the first floor, right outside South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford’s office.

If you support banning the heinous crime of child-murder-by-abortion in South Carolina, then you are invited to come and please stand with us for the precious lives of our unborn children. We are seeking to make abortion illegal in South Carolina through passage of the “RIGHT TO LIFE ACT OF SOUTH CAROLINA” (H.3213/S.111). The SC Legislature comes back into session on January 10th.

The “Right to Life Act of South Carolina” was first introduced in the SC Legislature in 1998. It has been an active bill every year since, but not until April 2005 did it pass the SC House (H.3213) for the first time, albeit with a ‘fatal flaw’ rape “exception” amendment. Since the “Right to Life Act of SC”vests legal PERSONHOOD for ALL pre-birth human beings at fertilization (without “exceptions”), the rape “exception” amendment added on by the SC House makes no sense in logic or law, and must be removed in the SC Senate, or the bill must be killed as unbiblical (Exodus 20:13), unconstitutional, legally indefensible, and logically nonsensical ( see progress reports from 2005 legislative session at: www.christianlifeandliberty.net/RTL_Act.htm and www.RighttoLifeActofSC.net ).

Note: the “Right to Life Act of South Carolina” (H.3213/S.111) vests legal personhood for all pre-birth human beings at fertilization (without ‘exceptions’), and can be viewed at:
